Pilot phase completed.
We give top priority to ensuring our customers feel safe. They should feel safe and comfortable in stations and on trains. SBB therefore tested an anonymous reporting tool as part of a pilot project from December 2023 to mid-April 2024.
With every report, customers helped to improve the visibility of security-related incidents. The reports received during the pilot phase are now being analysed and evaluated by the SBB project team.
The findings will be used to develop recommendations and examine the potential introduction of an anonymous reporting option.
We would like to thank our customers for their valuable input and wish them a safe journey.
